  1. I know a lady who commuted on city surface streets (not the freeway) on a Honda Metropolitan.

  2. Kymco people 150 or SYM HD125. I have ridden both and they are both very nice on the road or in traffic. Think Tiawanese - good, Chinese - bad.

  3. Push scooter

  4. For price, speed and fuel economy I would look at 125-150 cc scooters. With that size you will be able to keep up with traffic on average roads (45-50 MPH limits). If you go small (50cc) it isn't powerful enough for that type of riding.

Popular and well made scooters in that range are the Genuine Buddy and the Yamaha Vino 125. They would be good starter scooters and hold up well.

Vespa makes a 150 but you will pay a lot more for the name.

  5. Scooters are forgiving, it doesn't matter really what you get because they are so easy to operate. Perhaps steer away from the bigger 250cc-450cc models, they look heavy.

  6. GILERA RUNNER SP IS WHAT MOST YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE . DEPENDS WHAT YOU WANT A SPORTY SCOOTER GO FOR SOMETHING LIKE A GILERA RUNNER , PIAGGIO NRG OR SOMTHING SMALLER ? A TYPHOON ..

A LESS SPORTY CALMER RIDE MAYBE A VESPA ? OR GET A GEARED MOPED THEVE GOT THE POTENTIAL TO BE VERY FAST ;).. BEST TO GET A DECENT RUNNING SCOOTER FOR CHEAP THAT ISNT IN A GOOD CONDITION AND DO IT UP YOURSELF , WHAT EVER YOU DO DO NOT GET A CHEAP CHINESE IMITATION THEY ARE **** !

  7. If you really want an good opinion I would consult an expert. Call http://www.Xtrememinimotors.com and they will help you out for sure. I purchased my scooter there and it was a great experience. Hope this helps
