What is the best seat?

i am flying on an american airlines boeing 777 and i want to know if anyone has ever flown on one before and what the service is like and the best seat to sit in. many thanx.

The best seat are always the 1st class but if you cant go there its the Business class the best.

In coach, try the emergency exit seat, as they usually have the most leg room.

Service depends on airline, which cabin, and sometimes on whether it's domestic or international, long-haul or not-so-long. It does not depend on the aircraft.

The is one person who posts here fairly frequently who says that the best seat is the Captain's!

Other than that, as has been noted, the best seat is going to be in First Class. But some First Class seats are better than others. (The same is true of coach seats.)

The seat configuation is not necessarily the same from airline to another, even if they're both flying 777s, so it's unanswerable without knowing what carrier you're on.

Beyond that, different people have different ideas of "best." What matters most to you? Legroom? Hip room? Being able to get up when you need to? Being able to look out the window? Being able to stow the things you want handy right under the seat in front of you? Not smelling the lavs? Getting off the plane quickly on arrival?
