  1. Deke is right. They are all completely separate. My favorite area for venues is Heaven as it is on the upper floor and when the room gets moving it is as if you can feel the floor move with you! h**l and Purgatory both have access to a full bar. Heaven does not. In my experience, all of these are general admission, though I expect they arrange deating for their more intimate acoustic shows and poetry readings.

  2. They are three completely separate areas within the venue.   Heaven is the upstairs stage/concert area, h**l is the dance floor/stage downstairs, and Purgatory is an area opposite h**l that used to be reserved for very intimate performances, and even poetry slams (if memory serves).    I would imagine the area is pretty much the same (it's been a few years since I've been there).

Heaven is general admission near the front of the stage.    There are some tables in the back, as well as a bar.

  3. The best seat there is a pair of sharp elbows.

  4. Aye, there really isn't any seating.  What you mentioned are three separate stage areas in the venue.
