  1. i would check out Caneel Bay Resort on St John USVI or Little Dix Bay on Virgin Gorda BVI. Here are the links.

Either resort is wonderful and private for a secluded honeymoon. Both months should be great. Check with a travel agency for the best prices. A honeymoon is special, you need a professional to help with your arrangements. Nice to have some one to call if you have any problems.

    Good Luck and congrats.)

  2. punta cana is where we are going for our honeymoon! it is very very very secluded!!!!! we are staying at the dreams resort and staying in the honeymoon suite. it costs us about $3500 with air fare included. it is all inclusive which is great!!!! we are going in june in 77 more days!!!!!!

i have heard the bahamas are not that nice and from research on picking out a location jamaica seems pretty expensive.

punta cana is also where they filmed pirates of the carribean! remember how gorgeous the water was?!?!?!?!

they also have a resort area called bavaro and has like 4-5 different resorts in one area that also has a shopping facility.

it is an hour drive from the airport and they have many hotels to chose from.

we picked ours because the honeymoon suite has a private outdoor jacuzzi, all inclusive and very secluded!!!!

  3. cruise to dominica (island in the french west indies) and martinique and st. lucia

  4. any where along eagle beach in aruba... many honeymooners stay at the bucuti resort / late november

  5. Either month is a good month, I would check more into seeing when is cheaper.  I would recommend an all inclusive resort.  Sandals has resorts on Jamaica and the Bahamas, though those are busy places.  There is a Beaches resort on Turks and Caicos, which is a really secluded island.  Less commercially developed than other countries and because of its small size a lot fewer people.  Though you might spot a celeb or two, since it is one of the new celeb hotspots in the Caribbean.  Beaches however is geared to more of families while Sandals is 18 and over and usually couples.  There is 3 Sandals resorts on St. Lucia which is a beautiful, more laided back, upscale island.  They allow use of all 3 Sandals no matter which resort you stay at.  You can get into rooms in different categories ranging from a suite class of rooms, to concierge, and even butler service rooms.

All inclusives seem to be a great option for honeymoons because usually everything is included, though their are different types of inclusive resorts.  Some only offer certain meals or drinks included while others include everything but airfare.   With the all inclusives that include everything it is nice for the fact that everything is paid for, including alcohol and tipping, before you even leave on your trip so all you need is spending money for whatever you want to purchase on the island such as souvenirs.

I would suggest going to a travel agent who specializes in honeymoons.  They know more in depth about great honeymoon locations.  I work for a travel agent that specializes in honeymoons and destination weddings.  So I would look in the phone book or on the internet for travel agencies near you and see if any specialize in honeymoons or ask other people that you know who went through a travel agency to book their honeymoon.
