What is the best setting to use with Sony Blu-Ray BDPS300 and a Bose 321 System to get the best sound?

I am looking for the setting to use under the Audio menu set up for the Blu Ray player.

Well, the Bose will not be my first choice of a speaker system for the home. Your eyes & ears should be a a level plane with the tv. Everything should be evenly spaced and use decent quality wires over and beyond what came with your products. Get any clutter away from the speakers that sound could reflect off. Make sure the floor is partially carpeted or a big area rug is between you and the tv. Use hdmi cables on the Sony & that's about all I can suggest.
