What is the best site to be registered as a friendster layout author?

Please give some suggestions on what you think is the best site, for me to register as a layout author on Friendster, the registration must be at least approve my application in 24 hours, and the application requirements must be easy to give or to do,

I don't really know if this site is good or not because I don't know how to make a layout but maybe you should try http://www.friendster-layouts.com/ I am sorry but that's as far as I can help cause I have absolutely no idea how to make layouts
