What is the best skateboard?

i was thinking of getting a deathwish sk8board but im not sure. and what is the best length and width

Whatever length and width you feel most comfortable with.

If you're just starting out, I would suggest a regular sized skateboard. Once you've got down the basics you can change your board size, or stick with the skateboard, which I find to be the most fun.
