actually this depends on how much you got

real estate is considered good thing to try, but apartments are so expensive now, about 400,000

but you can book a residintial unit and pay its price on packages through the next 2-3 years. and after you finish your debt, you can re-sell the unit again for almost double the price you payed.

and during your debt payments period you can rent it too.
