What is the best/smallest/most gas efficient 7 seater suv?

my bf and i are getting a suv... we have 4 kids combined and are expecting another one in early 09..... we need the most gas efficient 7 seater there is but we have no idea what that would be! so im asking all you!

  2. mini van or cross over vehicle. SUV will always get worse mpg than those.
