What is the best snowboard brand?

any places where they come in cheap packages that are reliable? any help is appreciated Thanks !!

Burton has done so much advertising that im not surprised that someone said burton is the best, even though they're not.  They make very good boards for sure, but buying one will definitely hit you in the wallet.  If I had to choose a board, i would go with Rome or Ride.  You can buy some of their boards, which are just as good as any burton, for $75-$150 less if you look in the right place.

Burton makes the best in my opinion. They sell the most boards and have the most capital for making innovative designs. I have seen alot of other types of boards snap. Now is the perfect time to pick up a good setup. Rental shops are trying to get rid of this years rentals and will sell them for super cheap. i just got some $220 burton cartel bindings for 80 bucks. Find the owner and ask them if they have any used stuff. If they try to sell you some prepackaged used binding boot combo then forget it but if they let you pick your board and bindings from the rental selection then go for it.

There are no "best brands" out there.  There are some high quality brands such as Burtons, Arbors, K2, and much more.  I would say if you are looking for a decent package, go to a local sports store.  Scheels and Big Bear are some great places to get packages.  They will help you find the right board for you.
