  1. For park You want to get something that goes up to your chin> Some peeps ride super super short decks, Most of those kidz stay on the jibs. Some kids like a longer deck for bigger booterz. Its personal preference. I like a deck going up to my chin, to maximize  control and maneuverability.

Here are a couple SUPER FLEXY BUTTERY NICE NICE decks

    Rome Artifact

    K2 Weapon

    Salomon Sanchez (<----  so flexy)

    Burton Twin

  2. About 153 - a little shorter for freestyle and a little longer for freeride. You didn't say what you are looking for, but when you say really flexible I assume you are looking for a park board - maybe Rome, Forum, Lib Tech, K2

    Good Luck

  3. Some good boards listed above by Antwan Dubba, the Rome artifact and K2 WWW are really flexable board and definately worth checking out. Some other good flexaxble boards are Apo Selecta, Capita Stairmaster, Burton Dominant, Forum Manuel, Atomic Pivot etc. Boards like this are mainly used for jibs rails boxes etc and are usually ridden on the short side. A good size for you would be a 152 but if you want more control at speed go a bit longer, Good luck.
