my urine is dilluted and i have a drug test soon what can i do if say i stop at a gas station about an hour before the test

If you are drinking enough water your urine should be clear.

It is supposed to be clear.

The only time it is yellow is when you have not been drinking enough water.

Also this is the "Non-Alcoholic Drinks" section, not the how to be a stoner and beat the drug test section!

The multivitamin supplement "Berocca" will turn your urine yellow.

Berocca is sold in most supermarkets and pharmacists.

The yellow color is caused by the execessive B-complex vitamins contained in the tablets.

The effect is noticeable about 2 hours after taking the tablet and lasts up to 15 hours afterwards.

So it might be an idea to take the tablet sooner than an hour before the test.

By the way, diluted urine is usually a good sign.  It means you're consuming enough liquids.

I am not quite sure what any of that would accomplish. The color of urine does not matter at all. Urine is mainly turned yellow based upon the salinity of the fluid. Either way, trace amounts of drugs will still show up of drug analysis, even if the urine is heavily diluted. In fact, the concentration at which it would be necessary to dilute your urine in order for drugs not to appear would be so great that it would be quite obvious that you were faking your results, not based on color but by salinity.

The more dehydrated you are the less water and more urea will be in your urine.
