What is the best software (in your opinion) to copy DVD videos?

Question

Like have the video files already, to burn them to a DVD.

I copied many of my DVDs to my laptop but now I don't know how to get them back onto a DVD to watch in a standard DVD player. Any Help?

You just use a DVD Creator to burn them to DVD.

I know a appl named Wondershare Video to DVD Burner, it can convert various video ( AVI, MP4, MPG, MPEG, 3GP, WMV, ASF, RM, RMVB, DAT, MO) to DVD.
