What is the best solution for do budget saving?

You can't do a budget unless you know how you spend.  Keep a detaile record of every $you spend for a couple of months. Subtract that from your income, everything left over (if any) is for savings.

You will be surprised about where it goes.  Make a decision on each item and decide do I spend this or save this?

I just use excel...  budget each paycheck (and when I can splurge)  and when the budget money is gone-it's gone...  if you budget in savings (I have saved 800.00 in 6 months)  then it all works out...
