  1. make strong black tea, let it cool, and bathe the area in it. Stops the stinging

  2. A tepid bath followed pure aloe vera.  If you are in pain get an aloe product that contains benzocaine for temporary pain relief.

The skin basically continues to cook after getting out of the sun.  The tepid water pulls the heat out, slowing the increased damage.  The aloe gel also pulls out more heat and is soothing to the skin.  It contains components that help healing.

  3. I hope you have help to apply remedies on your back. Mix about 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar and 30 drops pure essential oil of lavender. Either put in a spray bottle or saturate a cloth and apply to your burn. Stops the pain instantly and speeds healing. Apply as often as needed, which may be every 30 minutes the first few hours. Aloe vera gel is good too, but not as quick.

  5. The lukewarm bath is good but cold water is better  for stopping the heat. aloe gel is availible at the drugstore for 4 or 5 dollars. It is very good. Sleep will help your body heal quicker. Put the aloe on and rest with light clothes or just a sheet. Also, don't forget to drink plenty of water. Your body will need that to help heal.
