under $60 not much i have the kef 3005se only cost $2000 but it will blow your socks away especially when your using a ps3 with it

If you have time, do some canvassing first. This will not only give you the chance to get the best speakers but also you can obtain such equipments that could fit your budget.

That could only get you computer speakers (like Logitech or Creative).

You could get Sony bookshelf speakers for $49, but I wouldn't guarantee it'll be the best speakers around.

You aren't going to get a "good" speaker system for under $60. That won't even get you a decent pair of bookshelf speakers let alone an entire system.
