  1. usually I use mixed spice.. And some oregano and lemon, a lil pinch of salt, paprika... marinade the chicken for at least 1 hrs. Better 1 night long. Then ready for grill...

Use chicken gravy for the sauce.

    Very nice.

  2. I like to use McCormicks mesquite grilling spice in a marinade with 1/8 c soy sauce, 1/8 c oil, 1-2 T Lime juice, chopped garlic and some Mrs Dash (about 1 t).

Put it in a 1 gallon ziploc with your steaks or chicken (thighs are the BEST) and let it set on the counter for about 6 hrs turning every hour.

You can set it in the fridge overnite too but take it out a few hours before grilling and set on the counter.

It's important to cook the meat at room temperature to ensure even cooking thru the meat and it's much more tender.

You have GOT to try this at least once!

  3. Demon Pig BBQ Rub. Hard to find but the site lists stores.

It is excellent on all meats and fried taters too.

  4. I like a little Worchestershire sauce,lime juice for steak,lemon for chicken.Add some garlic,lots of black pepper,paprika and a little onion salt.
