Question:

What is the best sport for my body type?

I'm not sure that I am particularly physically well suited for any sport but I am a 32 year old male. I am just about 6' tall and I currently weigh 225 lbs. although my ideal weight would be more like 175-185 lbs. I have a medium frame with short legs, a long torso, and long arms.

  1. well, what are your interests? there could be many sports you can play...

It would be allot harder for you to do gymnastics if you have short legs but still possible. you would also want to lose weight before starting, because that much weight in such a sport could easily cause knee and back problems. if you have long arms and a big hands you should try swimming... you can lose alot of weight swimming to!!

  3. Darts, or Snooker. You could always try chess.

  4. Weight training, since this exercise is suitable for everyone.
