  1. you buy electrolyte supplement sports powder, and make your own drinks out of it..

costs abit, but its sure worth it.

  2. Red bull it is a good one because it makes you have lots of energy without the crash and the energy is more condensed then jolt and monster.

  3. 100% pure coconut water/juice. It is full of electrolytes and rehydrates you better than anything.

  4. I like the Isostar products

  5. I really like gatorade rain.  It's so refreshing and yummy :-) green or purple.

  6. When I go out running or working out I drink a sport drink known as Nutrilite Sports Drink. I slowly drink one though out my workout or running and it keeps my hydrated while keeping my energy up.

Check it out for yourself at http://snipurl.com/sportdrink

  7. Dont listen to the man who told u to drink Red Bull ect. VERY BAD. Energy drinks make your heart race and feel stronger than it acually is. Then your heart gets overtired and stops. People have acually died from doing that and thats not a lie. Im not trying to scare u saying that, just presenting the real risk.

Personly, to get hydrated, I drink a whole bottle of water, not gatorade,an hour before my race. Then after my event, i like to take a swig of gatorade, not so much i get cramps.

    I hope this helps u out. :)

  8. EFS.  it's used by many professional cyclists, triathletes, and runners.

  9. The best sports drink hands down is gatorade. If you are just running a shorter event it is ok to drink it alone. But if you are running a 2 or 3 mile race you should dilute it with water. Half and half. Gatorade cannot replace water obviously, but it can replace many key electrolytes(sp?) that are lost when you sweat. Good Luck!
