What is the best stand-up scooter?

i want one that is like the styal of a scooter you push with your foot but with a moter it can have a seat but it haz to be removeabl

i want one with

- long run time 7miles or more

- powerfl moter 400w or more

- priced under $350

- fast

-able to clinb a 13% grade

i bought 300w a razor scooter and it SUCKS can not go up any hills and charge only lasts 30min if your lucky
