  1. A word of caution.

This is not the time to open a restaurant in the USA.

61 restaurants closed in my area in the last 2 month's.

The economy is horrid and getting worse.

    Wait till it gets stable

    ( they're saying 2 years).

    Hold on to those Euros!

  2. Stick to Rome or come out to Tasmania and give us a break.  We only have a few Italian restaurants here and they are always full.

  3. You could open one in the Midwest, Omaha Nebraska there really isn't any good authentic restaurants in the area. I moved here from Massachusetts where we are more ethnically diverse we had Italian, Portuguese and Greek restaurants which the cooking was authentic and truly amazing in taste. Here its all prepackaged and tasteless food.  I believe a good Italian place would make very good money and do good business.
