  2. British Columbia. All of the advantages of the other states, such as shopping and a good standard of living, but without the guns and NO BUSH.

  3. Texas, its like a whole other country.

  4. There are so many variables to consider. If you want to live in a Sunny Climate, then just about any coastline in Florida or San Diego California. For the friendliest people, the Pacific Northwest (Seattle, Portland) also great economy in the Seattle area (but very cloudy and wet 9-10 months out of the year. Arizona also an easy place to live.  Phoenix job market is superb, but very hot in the Summer.
