What is the best store to buy school supplies: both good quality and not that costly.

Right now the cheapest prices I've seen on everything from book bags & backpacks, to binders, to spirals, to paper, to pens, pencils, markers, etc. is Big Lots.  They have all of the name brands and are much cheaper than I even saw at WalMart.

Go to walgreens now, they have a great sale! WHen you go in there, pick up an ad and use the coupons to get things such as 19 cent rulers and a 9 cent pack of ten pens. that's about a penny a pen with tax. You can also get these more expensive binders (9.99), notebooks and portfolios where you snap charms into. The charms are 2 for one dollar at the moment.
