What is the best stretch....?

What is the best stretch/exercise to strengthen your adductor muscles (the ones on the inside of your thighs?) I'm trying to get my legs stronger for horse riding...any advice is regarding this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks =)

Also, If you know, what are some good magazines or other readings to improve your riding?

  1. I'm not a horse back rider but i do twirl baton and that takes alot of muscle in you're thighs. I got this out of a seventeen magazine.

    squat with feet far apart and knees in line with toes. (holding the ball) hang  you're arms strait down. (keep back strait) jump up, pointing toes and contracting you're legs and butt muscles. keep that stomach tight. do up to 15 times :D
