Uhh Any. There isn't one best for everyone, and we aren't all doing martial arts for the same reasons. What matters is what you're covering i.e. low kicks, high kicks, punches, elbows, knees, and the distances you cover.

-MMA is a combat sport combining different disciplines. It's not an art in itself.

MMA stands for Mixed Martial Arts, and that's exactly what it is, a mix of a bunch of different styles. But most of the moves you see in MMA fights are derived from jiu jitsu, muay thai, wrestling and boxing.
