  1. Technology books-http://tfcbook.com/

  2. i heard rotary is the best study abroad program but also the most competitive. But if you have above average grades you can go. The best part about them is that they are also one of the cheapest organizations. you can also consider other programs like asse, ayusa, afs, PIE, etc. most programs will let you in as long as you have at least a 2.75 gpa and the money to pay for it.

I researched all of this for a long time since i really wanted to do an exchange. the problem was that it is very expensive and i could not afford it, so instead i am doing au pair where i get paid to live in another country.  worked great for me.

p.s. just google it a lot. use keywords such as foreign exchange program, study abroad (name of country you want to go to) high school, etc. it takes a lot of time and patience to find the right program and information with anything you do.

    Good luck

  3. youth for understanding USA is a good one.  you can even get scholarships if you volunteer to be a hosting family before you leave the US.  its a good program, over 25 countries to choose from and many you are not required to know any other language than english = )
