i really love the prime rib sandwich.  i get it with a side of au jus.

I used to work there and made myself the prime rib and cheesesteak, but hold the mayo and add the creamy horseradish sauce and tomatoes. Extra spices and make sure the meat is dipped in the au jus for a long time. Sometimes I put red onions instead of the sauted ones and added a little red wine vinegrette. It was delicious. =)

Any sub that isn't from Quiznos would be the best, go to Port of Subs if you have it, MUCH better and better priced
