What is the best subwoofer for rap music?

I drive a 2001 pontiac grand am and was thinking about getting a sub-woofer(s) for my car. I basically only listen to rap music right now. I am also at a pretty low budget right now so can only afford probably 1. What would be the best brand of sub to get? And would i need an amp/box too? I am not the smartest in this area so any input would be very appreciated. Thanks!

Subs have to be amplified.  I bought the box, 2 10" Pheonix Golds Subs, wiring and Pheonix Gold 750W x2 or 1500Wx1 amp for $200.00 used and saved myself $550.00.  I get good bass response.  If you listen to rap you will want to go with 12's or even 15'inch subs.

Well sense you said your on a low buget and you listen to mainly rap  I would suggest this enclosure and sub
