What is the best summer camp?

okay, my little sister and I want to go to a summer camp, but every camp site im on, is at the minimum of 6-7 hundred dollars, and my family cant afford it. You see my older sister is in college, and my older brother was just recently in a car accident, and we are broke from his funeral. If anyone knows a nice, cheap week long summer camp, please help me out.
