i am just on the border line of having bone loss and want to stop it getting worse

  1. Well I take coral calcium and biochemic tissue salts. I also take colloidal minerals but I don't know what is best for sure. Look up foods which are calcium rich (internet) plus you need to know which other vitamins and minerals are necessary for the absorption of calcium as well as which inhibit the absorption. You should find that on the web. I found it all when I had a broken bone but I don't remember the sites now. I also have osteopenia so I'll watch your answers and perhaps you could have inspired me to do more searches also. I do recall reading though that the calcium of veges and nuts etc is more absorbable than from milk.

  3. Vitamin D deficiency can cause oesteopenia. It is also a normal process in aging. However, you can reverse the trend if you sit in the sunlight for 15 minutes everyday.
