Hi

I have just started taking Aloe Vera in liquid form and I am also taking Omega oils. My diet is inclusive of 5 portions of fruit and veg a day, and I also eat lots of oily fish.

Just wondering if these were fine to slow down aging or if there is something better I could be taking?

Thank you in advance!

I hope you can help!

  1. fasting once in a while, or dont eat as much, like every day, eat half of what you normally would the whole day.

  2. protein is important. Read "The Importance of Protein for Beautiful Skin and Hair"

DMAE and alpha-lipoic acid are 2 good supplements.

  3. B-Complex contributes to healthy hair, skin, and nails.  Vita-C is an important antioxidant and one of its benefits is that it protects your cells from aging.  Enfuselle is an excellent skin care protect and Minerelles makeup is actually better for your skin than no makeup.

  4. This may be controversial and expensive but I would suggest Pro-HgH. This supplement benefits every cell in the body with growth hormone, which decreases with age. It is also great with weight loss. My chiropractor recommended it and takes it himself.

  5. From 30 years of research on the affects of aging and how we can stop or even reverse the process, read 'The Metabolic Plan' by Stephen Cherniske

For more information and products based on his 30 years of research with over 120 patents, go to www.univera.com.

how to order the products direct from the website.... ask me.

  6. Why has no-one menioned Co-Enzyme Q10 200mg per day, as you age, well after the age of 20 years, the body begins to decline in its production of Coenzyme Q10, this Vitamin is needed for cardiovascular health, preventing heart disease, and slowing down ageing.

    - Vitamin C 1000mg per day as Magnesium Ascorbate powder will slow down wrinkling, as i binds with Collagen, a protein fibre that makes up a deeper layer of the skin {where wrinkles originate}.

    - Well done on the fruit/veg, also consider juicing fresh organic fruit and dark green leafy vegetables, this is absorbed in 20minutes, with ease. A glass of juice can easily be drunk, compared to eating all that fruit/veg, drink 3-10 glasses per day.

    - Kefir, a yoghurt drink can help produce vitamins in the gut, and thus prevent ageing and age related illness.

    Hope this helps.

  8. Go to www.online-ganoderma.com/whiteraven...an... look at the product profile of Cordyceps. The gano is excellent too, as it rejuvenates the cells of your body.

  9. Age is primarily a function of oxidation, therefore anti-oxidants are an extremely important class of nutients with which to supplement.  Pycnogenol, Vitamin E combined w/ selenium, Vits A & C w/ bioflavonoids are all really important to.  Maintaining vascular health with such things as rosemary extract, thyme, butchers' broom concentrated extracts, horse chestnut are excellent choices.  Staying out of the sun is extremely important, as nothing ages the skin faster than sun damage.  Italians swear by using olive oil as a moisturizer and just slathering the skin with it.  I also recommend that as much as possible, you get your nutrients from foods, in a matrix, rather than as isolated substances [which can cause imbalances], as much as possible.  I find things like spirulina, chlorella, Kyo-green (which is dried barley grass juice you mix into your bottled water and drink), fresh fruit and vegetable juices, as well as a really healthy diet, are what make me feel really good.  I also find that fresh fish and seafood for their lean protein and highly bio-available sources of zinc, make my body feel really good as well.
