I was wondering if anyone knows the best swimming stroke for whole body toning? I usually do breast stroke... should I continue to do this? I haven't been swimming properly for months and have just started going again. I want to tone up my stomach, bum and legs (thighs in particular) mostly, obviously it will tone my arms and legs anyway... What stroke(s) do you think I should do - I CANNOT do butterfly by the way before you suggest that. Thanks.
