What is the best team in pokemon diamond/pearl?

Theirs no exact best party of pokemon, just make sure that you cover all of the types, i know you cant fit all of the types in to six pokemon slots but make sure you can counter the main ones like have a powerful grass type to counter a water type.

there is no best team... try to have a balanced team that covers strengths and weaknesses... somme good pokemon to build you team around as the main striker are garchomp slalmence tyranitar and dragonite... then there are sweepers which are fast and have good att or sp att or both... lucaio makes a great sweeper as well as  scizor.. then you have your walls which can be very high and defense... bronzong forretress and shieldon are 3 good ones... then you can have a rapid spinner, rapid spinners are good for eliminating the spikes, stealth rocks wraps fire spins and whata not.... donphan is the best rapid spinner and then theres blissey and she is in herpw  own category... when ev trained right she can top off at 714 hp!!!
