  1. just think of ur favorite food in the world and pretend it's in front of you, pretend it's in a bowl and ur trying to scoop it up, and when ur done kicking out, snap ur legs together as straight as possible


  2. squeeze your legs and arms together has tight as you can.

    sometimes I've done it so hard and tight that i shake.

    it probably isn't good for you put it gets you pretty fast

    also think theres your biggest fear chasing you, ex. sharks, spiders.

    and that if they dont touch you, you win a million dollars at the end.

    All the very best to you. Just read and watch my links, they really will help you, they helped me, I used to suck at breastroke. My coach always tells me speedy on-top-of-water recovery. It uses lots of energy but is way faster. Just watch the professionals and learn from them.

  4. Think of a bowl of cookie dough in front of you. As you start your stroke, bring your hands to the side as if you're scraping the dough closer to your face. Then bring your hands together close to your face, as if you're eating the cookie dough. As you finish the stroke, pretend like you are pushing some dough toward a friend by pushing your hands outward.

    As for your feet, make a wedge or triangle shape.
