What is the best technique to scare little brothers?

We have window access, under the bed access, and they are distracted playing video games. Using non-messy supplies please. We have two monkey masks and a wolfman mask also plus two pairs of monkey gloves.

hide under the bed and make noise every now and them to just make them go "hey what was that" after a while scare the h**l out of them they wont be expecting it at all.

Why do you want to scare them? If it was you and you were doing something you enjoy and somebody does this to you, how would you feel? Are you nuts or something?

when they are eating and totally involved in their eating and not paying attention where they are walking just jump out from behind a wall and they will jump and their food will go flying
