What is the best teeth whitening system that won't wear down the enamel?

i want to buy an over the counter whitening kit from a drug store, but i'm afraid that they will wear down my enamel. any advice? i saw an infomercial for ionic white and i was wondering if that works? i also hear crest white strips work good too. but does anyone know if they kill your enamel?

I bought a kit at wal mart pharmacy called plus+white...It works great...It comes with a little blue rubber mouthpiece and you put the paste in it and leave on for a few minutes and rinse..I could tell the difference first time..

There's one I used called Celebrity Smile which I actually got basically for free from http://mycelebsmile.com/y/ and it worked really good!  My teeth are tons whiter after using it and it doesn't hurt the enamel--it's actually the same strength stuff that dentists use in their office!
