  1. 0°F, because 0°C is 32°F. Thus 0°F is lower. 0°C is the freezing point of water. That's not good enough for a freezer because a small rise in temperature leads to melting of the ice. This makes growth of bacteria possible and food degrades very rapidly.


  2. in freezers it is -18 Celsius. So about 0 degrees Fahrenheit.
