You should either get a Prince O3 White,Babolat Pure Drive,or Wilson K Factor.

There is no 'best' one, but some are better than others.  Anything in the same price range is about equal.  That being said, expect to pay around $150-$200.  

Personally i recommend: Wilson K6-1, Babolat pure drive/aeropro drive, Prince speedport tour.
