What is the best tennis string available for under 20 bucks?

Tennis.com has a string selector under their 'gear' section.  you can enter your current string, what you like about it/dont like, and it will give you other strings which match your search criteria. see link below

Has all the brands you just mentioned. Personally I would go with the Babolat Hurricane if you want one of those 4 brands but thats just me.

I'd go Technifibre.  I prefer either the 515 or the Multi-Feel.  But I think they discontinued the 515 though :)
