The best territory is the sky scraper.  Really..think about it.  If you buy 2 sky scrapers..that puts $300,000 every hour in your pocket (not including upkeep).

The highest level territory to buy in Myspace Mobsters is the

Downtown Shopping Mall

Built On: Plaza

Price: $55,000,000

If you are talking about "the best"  territory to buy in Myspace Mobsters value wise, and not at level 50, it is definitely the luxury hotel. You want to make sure to buy in bulk sets of 5x or 10x to save money on the purchase. Never buy 1 at a time. This is all explained at the guide on MobsterStrategy.com you should go read it.
