What is the best thing to do between two-a-day practices?

I have football (soccer) practice from 9-11 AM and then 3-5 PM, what can I do in between practices to get ready for the next practice?

  1. sleep

    agree with SAM


  2. eat. but not too much or something to filing or it will come up when you start running.

    ice.if any things hurt

    drink water. stay hydrated

    shower. duh to loosen your muscles and get clean.

    i ussually take a nap for an hour but not right before the second session i ussually give my self an hour or two to wake up

    you can always watch tv to pass time
