What is the best thing to do in order to experience Newcastle!?

Take the open top bus tour (City Sightseeing) then experience the quayside, bars and restaurants.

I been to Newcastle and to have the "Giordie" expierience i made sure i went to see Newcastle play in football, visit heaps of pubs and get drunk and get with a nice Newcastle lass. Mission accomplished !!

Look at photographs and websites, watch a film or even try to understand a Geordie but don't  be so rash as to visit the City.

go and get rat arsed on a friday night in whatever bars take ya ancy, there's loads in loadsa different areas., wake up mid-day saturday, get some foos then go watch the match & then straight back on the drink... starting off in an as-much-as-you-can-eat chinese, right next to St. James Park.

then go for a sunday lunch when you crawl out of bed the next day. its canny good.
