Apples. They love it.

You can feed it budgie seed, seedy grasses (as long as theyre not poisoned or toxic), millet sprays, and try it with fresh fruit and veggies (not avocado) budgies can be a bit difficult when it comes to feeding fresh food- most dont seem to like it- but if you can get them eating it when they are young youre off to a great start.
