  1. personally, I like it all, but if you really want a really representative traditional mexican dish then order Mole...(no, not like the animal Mole)  it hands down is the essence of the deep complex flavors that Mexican cooking strives to have...the sauce is amazing...kinda like ranchero sauce with roasted chocolate and spicy peppers all at the same time...

  2. If they have puerco pibil, that is the unrivaled Mexican dish. If you remember the movie Once Upon A Time In Mexico (Desperado 2), its the dish that Johnny Depp kills the chef who makes it because its TOO good!

  3. With a traditional Mexican restaurant you can't go wrong with enchilada's (their pretty much all made the same) or Fajitas.

If you were going to an authentic Mexican restaurant i would tell you to get either Sopas or tacos made with carne asada.

  4. Probably traditional tacos, but I love wet burritos

  5. You can't go wrong with enchiladas, right?  Or am I simple? :)

  6. meat tacos!!!or fish tacos!! ask for guacamole!!!

  7. Enchiladas are the best and you cant go wrong with that, however if you want you can order one of those combo plates that has a few different things on it.
