What is the best thing to trade internationally now?

I know steel is currently in high demand and prices for it have gone up a lot, anything else I could broker (eg maybe cement or something). Where do I find out what is currently most hot to trade?

Coal... essential in the fabrication of many of the metals that will continue to be used in growing countries. Might be a good time...some recent drops...but the future should be pretty stable.
