  1. I lather up with an array of lotion in conjunction with oils Nothing terribly expensive, but they have been wonderful I use olive oil, cocoa butter oil, cocoa butter lotion regular & for stretch marks, and sometimes baby lotion. I dont use them all @ the same time, but every day I pick an oil base and apply it right after I get out of the shower and dry off a bit I put the lotion on as I am getting dressed I dont use the same blend everyday because I dont want my skin to get used to it, & not be affected by it after time

My skin feels like butter, people say 'its all genetic', which may be true, but my mother took VERY good care of her skin before & after she got pregnant & i think that has something to do with the condition of it. Have you ever tried to squeeze a dry sponge or pull dry dough? It cracks & snaps. I think mouisturizer is key to keeping your skin beautiful before during & post pregnancy

    Hope this helps

  2. I havent found anything....palmers cocoa butter seems to be making them fade a little now but im still 39 weeks pregnant. I've heard that after you have your baby they will start to fade more so i hope they do....mine arent horrible but i could definitely do without them

  3. i have no idea about bio oil. i used this stuff from avon for stretch marks and it worked great (:

  4. i have used palmers cocoa butter for both my pregnancies...and have not had 1 stretch mark

  5. There is a lot of stretch mark treatment available on the market these days. Some treatments are more effective in fading or even eliminating stretch marks, but the success of the treatment depends on a few different things. First of all is the color and age of the stretch marks. If they have faded to a flesh color they are much harder to heal. Second of all, ethnicity and heredity play a role in which creams, oils and other products or equipment will succeed in healing stretch marks.

The cheapest stretch mark treatment available is creams made especially for stretch marks. The most effective creams contain ingredients such as cocoa butter, lanolin and wheat germ oil. These creams actually heal and rebuild the damaged skin. While they may not be able to completely eliminate stretch marks, they may at least make the stretch marks fade to a barely visible scar. A good recommendation will be Palmer Cocoa Butter Cream.

Another popular & effective cream that you might wish to consider is Strivectin. It has a bioactive topical formula that has a combination of skin firming agents to reduce visible wrinkles and make skin appear firmer
