Cold turkey..haha no that will not work..my friend got hympmitized , okay yeah I know thats spelled wrong..been a long day, anyways she did it with her husband cost them $40 each and she stopped smoking...never seen her light up again, I know sounds a lil suspicious but it worked for her.  If anything if you are serious about it, wing yourself off of them slowly...go down 2 cigs a day, I dont know how much you smoke but try cutting out two cigs a day..if you get down to five a day thats good from a full time smoker, just take your time at it or it wont work. Keep extra gum with you and maybe a fake cig to help you. If you can afford it buy grapes and fruit and munch on that instead of lighting up.

  4. Hypnosis is good if you definitely want to stop.  Eating regularly will also improve your chances.

Chantix worked great.  But I spent a solid year before actually mentally preparing myself to quit with my intentions.  I started the Chantix and didn't know if I was REALLY ready to give it up.  So, I took the Chantix and continued to smoke for another month and a half.  After a couple of weeks, my smoking was down from 2 packs a day to less than 5 cigarettes a day.  Finally, I knew I smoked my last one and I was done... Best of luck.

  7. I tried like 10 times to quit smoking. Longest period was maybe a week! All the time i was thinking about smoke. I fail and fail again. No apothecary did not help me and i was not mentally to strong to quit!

    And one day i met my old classmate who was smoker to and he give that web site what helped him.Now he has not smoking many years and i about 4 months and think i ever will.
