What is the best thing to use to remove stain without a bleacher?

I use OxyClean all the time and have good results with it.  It's color safe and gets whites white.  I've also heard that nurses use hydrogen peroxide to get stains out of their uniforms, such as blood and iodine.

but dont rub to hard..

Depends on what type of stain. If it is blood, then spray it with hairspray, let it dry and the launder as usual. If it is something else try and use vinegar or get some oxyclean, it does wonders.
