  7. depends. if youre shooting for healthy then eat some fresh fruit or yogurt. if youre not looking for something extra healthy then i love french toast. bacon, eggs...etc. i like an omelet with mushrooms, tomatoes and turkey. and you cant beat some sauteed ham steak with caramelized pineapple.

    oh and i made this fruit water the other day. you must try it for breakfast.

    2 cups blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries

    1/4 cup sugar

    juice of 2 limes

    2 1/2 cups water

    puree everything in a food processor until smooth. then strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds. serve on ice with lime wedge

    mmmmmmmmmm!

    Bacon, eggs, hashbrowns, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, grapefruit juice, and milk.

    That should fill ya up!

  9. Anything actually, because just think of the word breakfast and what it means? You are doing just that, breaking the fast. Usually, toast, juice, cereal ,eggs, pancakes, coffee or anything like that. Some people even dare I say have cold pizza and a brew.    All how you look at the situation frankly .     go all out

    french toast with powdered sugar and sausage

    or

    pancakes syrup butter with ur creative mind you can put chocolate chips, blue berries, pumpkin, sweet potato, butter milk the options are endless

  13. Maybe a meat (bacon, sausage) with eggs, or some hot or cold cereal with fresh fruit.

  14. If u r in a "hangover" mode, try clamato and beer.
