Day time. Just ask The Yankees. Their record states they win more so in the day  =).

Pitchers: when the shade is between the mound and the plate.

For hitters: days when the outfielders have sun glare.

For Fielders: nights

In early spring and late fall on cold days: days

On hot days during the summer: nights

7 o'clock right before sunset when theres usually not that humidity. But of course, I'm  from iowa and i don't know where your writing from. But, it is usually best when theres no humidity. But if you don't care about weather, anytime is a good time to play

america's past time, so go for it.
